Brenda Fuller

I

 Thank you!

I am so excited that you have chosen to share in this amazing journey with me! I hope you have taken the time to read my very first book, Grammie's Funny Hat. This book was inspired by family, and takes a sweet, whimsical look at "old people" through the eyes of a toddler.

I have been working hard this summer to continue the Alibi Monterro - Junior Detective series. It is so fun to watch these stories take shape and be enjoyed by the children they are ment for.

I so appreciate your continued interest and support! I have many ideas and I am working as fast as I can to share them with you.

Thank you again!

Most Sincerely,

Brenda Fuller

Brenda Neal grew up in Shell Rock, Iowa, and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Parks & Recreation Administration. She worked in that field and retail until 2016, when she became a substitute teacher.

Writing Grammie’s Funny Hat was easy. The idea came from her mom, who asked her to write a book about how little ones relate to and perceive their elderly family members. The story came to her while driving back to Urich, a gift from God. She remembers even telling him that he would have to slow down - the story was coming too fast and she couldn’t keep up! Getting the story published was not easy, but definitely a learning experience.

Brenda is currently working on a second “Grammie” story and the third picture book in the Alibi Monterro - Junior Detective series. Both of these books will be out this fall..
